COA （全稱Certificate of Analysis），意思為檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告/分析報(bào)告單，COA檢測(cè)報(bào)告一般由廠里的質(zhì)檢或質(zhì)量部門(mén)出具，由質(zhì)量部門(mén)簽字，包括檢驗(yàn)員，審核人，負(fù)責(zé)人的簽字，證明該產(chǎn)品是否符合產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和安全要求的一個(gè)書(shū)面報(bào)告。COA主要是把廠里的內(nèi)部控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和本批產(chǎn)品的結(jié)果詳細(xì)地列出來(lái)。

　　內(nèi)容一般是對(duì)成分各方面性能進(jìn)行的分析，通常是針對(duì)原材料或制成品的每種成分原料。根據(jù)化妝品法規(guī)，要求化妝品需要提供產(chǎn)品所含每個(gè)成分原料的COA報(bào)告以確保原料的安全性以及作為成品化妝品安全評(píng)估的基礎(chǔ)。

　　不同原料成分COA內(nèi)容不盡相同的，這跟具體成分及其所相關(guān)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)有關(guān)的，但是一般會(huì)包含以下例舉內(nèi)容（可針對(duì)樣品選擇體現(xiàn)）：
